Technical Department

Our technical department designs complex moulds starting from a mathematical model, a drawing or a prototype. Information about each detail is processed with two-dimensional and three-dimensional systems, using the best CAD equipment available in the market. After defining how to make each part of the mould, 3 or 5-axis toolpaths are created via CAM software and imparted to each machine tool directly. EVERSTAMPI will always deliver three key features: precision, design and functionality. Precision and design are two features that regard the printed item, which must specifically meet the customer's requests. Functionality concerns the mould, which is the result of a careful analysis of where to place each detail in accordance with injection, filling, cooling and extraction requirements.
